工廠(chǎng)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品都是一定長(cháng)度，在現場(chǎng)設置時(shí)盡量使用一條線(xiàn)，需要切斷的線(xiàn)用專(zhuān)用鋸切鋸。 切面盡量平坦，不平坦的地方要用砂紙磨。

7、配制灰漿

施工時(shí)應用手持式電動(dòng)攪拌機攪拌，攪拌充分、均勻、稠度適中。

砂漿配制完成后，靜置5分鐘，使用前再次攪拌，混煉后的砂漿要在2小時(shí)內用完。

8、貼線(xiàn)

聚苯乙烯GRC構件膠粘劑使用高質(zhì)量復合型膠粘砂漿，小型線(xiàn)用全膠粘法粘貼，大型線(xiàn)用點(diǎn)環(huán)結合法粘貼，用力按壓GRC構件完全粘貼在壁面上。
Polystyrene GRC component adhesive uses high-quality composite adhesive mortar, small lines are pasted by full adhesive method, large lines are pasted by point ring bonding method, and GRC components are completely pasted on the wall by pressing hard.
9、安裝錨釘

在線(xiàn)條的設定部位用錘鉆孔，孔通過(guò)GRC線(xiàn)和外壁保溫層，進(jìn)入基礎壁在50mm以上。 孔的外口略低于內口，以免雨水進(jìn)入墻體系統。

10、接縫處理

安裝時(shí)請盡量將接縫對準后進(jìn)行密封。 粘合劑養護24小時(shí)后，在接縫處涂上灰漿，立即鋪上寬100mm的耐堿網(wǎng)布或無(wú)紡布，再涂上灰漿進(jìn)行干燥。
During installation, please try to align the joint and seal it. After the adhesive is cured for 24 hours, the joint shall be coated with mortar, and 100mm wide alkali resistant mesh cloth or non-woven fabric shall be immediately paved, and then coated with mortar for drying.
11、線(xiàn)的修補

線(xiàn)條安裝在采用后錨的施工方法的同時(shí)，在線(xiàn)條安裝中會(huì )出現接觸或破損的現象，清掃修理的部位，用GRC板材切斷成與缺損部位相同體積和形狀的GRC材料，用專(zhuān)用粘合劑粘貼，在表面涂抹砂漿和耐堿網(wǎng)布，蓋在周邊50mm以上。
When the construction method of rear anchor is adopted for line installation, there will be contact or damage during line installation. Firstly, clean the repaired parts, cut GRC materials with the same volume and shape as the damaged parts with GRC plates, paste them with special adhesive, apply sand slurry and alkali resistant mesh cloth on the surface, and cover them more than 50mm around.
